Technician Never Fixed Problem and Telephone Line Stopped Working

<p>I reported a fault as my ADSL internet has become extremely slow. This was more than two weeks ago. A technician came over and said he fixed the problem. He did something outside at the box on the road and also something at the jack. He left and I discovered the internet was slower than ever before. In addition, our telephone line, which was working in the morning before he came, is now not working. This is going on for over two weeks now and I need it fixed. I cannot work or communicate with this issue.</p>
