Technician never arrives

I reported a faulty Telkom line on 23/06/2015 by using the sms function as indicated on the helpline, the fault was successfully logged and a reference number was given. On 29/06/2015 I phoned the 10210 number from my cellphone as the Telkom line was still not working and Telkom had not made any contact relating to the fault that was lodged, although this number is free when phoning form a Telkom line it is not free when phoning from a cellphone registered at another provider, i was put on hold for long periods and once a call operator answered the phone I was informed technicians were on route - they never arrived.
