Technician never arrive

Good day<br> <br> I was waiting for a Technician from Telkom the whole day to arrive at my place for my Telkom line installation. The Technician never arrive to do the installation. I got a sms from Telkom that confirmed my booking date and time 24/07/2015 07:30 - 12:00. They even said on the sms it is a Morning booking. If I tried to call the technician he doesn't answer any of my calls. <br> <br> They didn't call to let me know whats going on nothing, I just waste my whole day waiting for NOTHING !!<br> <br> If this is the Service Telkom offers the customers I will never ever refer anybody to Telkom again !! <br> <br> I'm also thinking of cancelling all my contracts with Telkom !
