Technician is a no show AGAIN

<p>We app**** for ADSL 6 weeks ago and needed to have a Telkom line installed at our premises. Since then, we have been notified of 3 appointments and recieved smses saying that the technicians have been dispatched each time... only they never show up! We have taken time off work all 3 times and FOR WHAT??? I am utterly disgusted with the service we have received so far. Please can someone advise what is going on with our order and why this is happening? (order number ********** 30). Being 8 months pregnant, I don't need this stress. Honestly, Telkom. It's so beyond unprofessional and unappreciated. </p>
