Technician didnt pitch at all!!!!

so i i went into telkom store in Cape Town St Georges mall to order ADSL plus installation....the lady samantha must say very kind and helpfull puts everything though and i get notification within hours my order confirmed and installation will take place 3 weeks after i order, i queried as i was informed it takes 7 days? i didnt win and decided to wait for installation on 17 Feb between 07:30am and 12noon its now 16:30pm and nobody pitched, i called the call centre as that was the only number not too many times ONLY A MILLION TIMES!!!! and the told me the tech is on his way, at 14.10pm i get a sms saying the tech has been dispatched and will be here soon still no1 came so i call again and speak to Busi in the call centre after waiting for 30minutes from my cell. she say she cant get hold of the tech and i will just have to wait!!!! long story short i heard many rumours of bad service and now i believe it please never use telkom they are a bunch of ***** and terrible service i now continue to wait for my order to be installed.....
