Technician didn't arrive on scheduled day

We had an appointment booked for telkom (HELLKOM) technician to come and activate our ADSL line which gave me a slight glimmer of hope that something would finally be done, but surprise surprise, no one showed. Not only that, but no human actually called to check the address was correct or to confirm the appointment. This, coupled with the fact that it took multiple calls to the non-existent call center to even get the useless appointment booked. I wish there was a viable alternative to this pathetic service (non)provider. Ref no. ***
