Technician destroyed my telephone line and internet.

<p>This is how your Telkom Technicians leave my house I have had constant problems with my Telkom line and internet Yesterday the technician comes out and after 2 hours of destroying wiring in my house says that he has to go check the connection point outside my house and will be back later to finish up and closed up the opened Telkom box. He has still not come back my telephone line does not work at all now it just make a scratchy sound and I have no internet at all thanks to your technician. I want to be reimbursed because I have been paying for a 10mbps line but my internet has been running on 0.64mbps and to be reimbursed because my internet does not work!
