Technician creates fault on my landlines

I got back home today at 5pm where I saw a Telekom technician outside my yard about to interfere with my telephone line.When I asked him if there was a fault he said he was repairing my neighbours line, I politely asked if it would interfere with my line and to which he rudely rep**** why must a create a problem with your line.I told him that I was just asking as in the past when they attempt to fix my neighbours line it interferes with my line.He exclaimed again rudely just leave it be!He was not even on the pole for 5 minutes and I could see he was pulling and swinging our telephone lines and then he left.Lou and behold like I said to him my land line is not working.Just last month I had a problem with my line and had no service for 5days and I'm still waiting for my credit to be passed to me.This is unbelievably frustrating.<br> <br> How can you have such *********** people fixing telephone lines and the turn around to damage is quicker than repair time.<br> <br> I am fed up with Telkom
