Technician Complaint

<p>On the 24th November 2016 a telkom technician was working on a telephone pole in my neighbours yard. He asked whether I have a landline and I confirmed that we do not have one. After an hour or so I noticed that he had cut a wire from one of the poles which fell in my yard. He did not return to finish up what he was doing. The wire is still laying in my yard and is connected to another pole. I need this removed immediately as this is hazardous to my kids!!!!</p>
