Technical service sucks

<p>I've been having a problem sending messages to ussd numbers since the beginning of October. logged a call on the call center line (REF ********** 8) they couldn't assist and told me to go to telkom direct in centurion. been there the couldn't help was told they going to contact Samsung for further assistance. Lesego was supposed to call me back but I'm still waiting and if I call the store the phone rings continuously.

Good day . reference number is AI ********** problem still persists. please help asap. unacceptable that I haven't been contacted by telkom as yet. just shows that their customer service sucks
