Technical Issue / No Network last 3 days

081 180 number does not connect through a landline. But can through a cellphone. Spoke to a Michelle on the 12 May 2015 on the online chat. Said there was nothing wrong. Advised I phone 10210, cannot assist. 13 May 2015 at 9am spoke to Noluthando Madela said the technicans will only do something about it if they get more complaints from clients!! <br> <br> My cellphone number cannot receive landline numbers from the east rand area and the north, namely Kew, Sandton, Parktown. only in the South of JHB do the landline numbers go through. Can receive calls from another cellphone. <br> A voice comes on when dialing my number from a landline saying : this number is no longer in service. <br> I have restarted. switched off my cellphone and no change. <br> <br> Please advise at your soonest.
