Technical issue

I called the customer service line at 21:57 asking why is someone else receiving numerous texts from my number saying SIM Changed. The agent could not tell me why and couldn't assist but instead told me to get the person receiving the texts to call them for further assistance. I mean it is my number that is sending those texts so why couldn't she check on the system as to why that is happening and stop it?
