TECHNICAL INCOMPETENCE

After 2 months and a sky high mtn bill, my Telkom phone line is still out of order and I keep receiving sms and promises of a technician that will resolve the problem but alas its still only the internet thats working and not the phone. No, there's nothing wrong with the phone and the splitter has also been tested at the Telkom shop. The \voice"part on the line is not working. I've been assured on Wednesday that everything will be correct and working yesterday by 13:00. ITS NOT WORKING THERE IS NO DAIL TONE I CANT MAKE ANY CALLS"
