Technical fault not repaired after a month

RE: Ref 585CWZ080615: ***:

We are a business in Kenilworth Cape Town..

On approximately the 2nd June 2015 a contractor working in our business park removed a Telkom box and cut the cables. As a result the entire business park went offline. The respective business owners lodged errors with Telkom who duly arrived the next day and restored the service within a week with the exception of our telephone lines. Telkom informed the Body Corporate Chairman that everything was restored and left site on the 12th June. We are only business who still has a problem and other businesses in the same building have a full service. Since this date we have been calling 10210 daily and we simply cannot get a technician to return to site to address our problem. We are still told that \a cable is cut"however this was repaired 3 weeks ago. It has now been over a month and our business has not been able to make or receive telephone calls. We have not received one telephone call from Telkom to explain or provide us within any information. No call centre manager will talk to us. It is quite clear Telkom has no interest in retaining our business we shall seek other options"""
