Technical department must fall!!!!

I require urgent assistance regarding Telkom. I have been asking for help since April 2022 on a technical fault to date none of the agents got back to me. They eventually closed my ticket without advising me. No Manager can assist or back office, Agents do not know what they doing keep placing me on hold and giving me ref numbers stating its with back office, how does this help?
