Technical Department for Installations

I have app**** for the Opticon EMG system of which I was advised that the installation will be made with 72 hours and that was some weeks back. I kept on calling to check for the progress on my request and every time I called I would be told to wait another 72 hours since the person who was busy with my request has forgot to finish it up and told to call again in seven (7) days time. I guess something is wrong with the technicians there since one can sense a lot of redundancy at our cost.
