Technical and accounts non service

On 13th December I called to log a line that was not working, till today 06-02-2018 no one has fixed the fault. Then I'm logged for a refund on account still no response I have 5 different reference numbers promises for technicians and supervisors to call back but no the turn around time for business is 7 days we are going on 7 weeks.
