Dear Telkom, after more than a month my home line has at last been fixed. Your technician Dan was very capable and professional and sorted out the problem. I am still very upset that I had to lodge a complaint on this site in order for Telkom to get my attention. Telkom, treat your customers like customers and you will not get these complaints. Thank you Dan.
