Telkom sent me the same Technician who gave me attitude to come assist with my query again, yesterday I got an sms that says ' a technician has been dispatched to install my telephone line'. no one called me so today I called the call center spoke to Nokukhanya I was surprised when she said that the technician stated that he came and there was a fault. he is clearly turning this in to a personal vendetta. I was there the whole day for him to lodge a false report and say that he came when he didn't. I would like to have this taken up because it is appalling that he would treat a customer like this. I sent him an sms to ask why heb is lying I have his numbers which he gave me the first time he came his response is. don't ever send me sms's. this complaint is under *** and my order number is : ***
