Techicians dont show up
Been trying to get a line installed. Every few days I get an sms informing me the installation is scheduled for a specific day, then no techician shows up. Then I get another sms and again no one shows up.....I'm on my 6th date now and still no one has pitched. They expect you to be at home between 7am and 4pm - and then dont show up. Absoluteley pathetic service, and this from trying to become a client.
