Tech to lazy to pull a 10 meter line

***<br> I req a line move, the areabis telkom ready as there are sunken telkom bokes marked with a T on them outside every home in my complex. Today a tech came out and told me he can not draw a line as i must get an electrition out to draw the line. He will then only connect it as when he feeds the line he can not see where it comes out in the house. So tell me now in my big blue eyes, where is a electrition going to get telkom wires? An electrition wont touch those wires as they are not electrical and if he messes it up who will be held liable? I couls see it was plain lazyness from the techs side to do any effort to draw a 10 meter line into my house. Please can you send out someone who is willing to come install my line? Now my line at the house i stay now is dead.
