I called in Telkom insurance (FINRITE). i called in a 11/10/2019 trying to book in a phone. A lady advice me to send an email to telkom insurance to book it. I did that. Its been a month no communication from insurance. I called in today and spoke to Lerato. She was rude as hell. Not concentrating on my call. I give her the details she wanted n still couldn't help me.

I ask her to speak to a team leader, she put me an hold for 20 minutes and she dropped the call. I called at 11/11/2019 15:10. the phone work end with 7002.

I would like to get my call recording.
