Telkom is the worst service provider so far, i got a contract with them last year and everything was going well untill they started roaming with Vodacom. I have 20Gig deal with them of which i pay R500 for, the deal is sweet and all but whats the use of paying for something that doesn't work for you? The network sucks and its always off 80% of the time. I attempted to cancel the contract with them and they wanted to charge me for the cancelation whereas its their service delivery that is making me part ways with them, so i am forced to pay R3000 or keep on paying for the services that i dont get!! I got a call from a consultant by the name of Portia Tsotetsi and she said technicians would get hold of me to resolve the problem amd its being a month waiting for that call back, whenever i try to call the call centre i am always redirected and lose the call. I pay for benefits that i dont even get, would have never got in to contract if ever i knew this would happen. Telkom is a company of **********.
