Team leaders refuse to assist customers

Team leaders either do not come to the phone or return call s to customers. Agents refuse to transfer calls and when messages are left no calls are received. Telkom just takes the money monthly but do not care for customer service at all. I now have to wait for the contract to expire to cancel and go to another provider as I am frustrated with the service from Telkom
