Team leader ignores your emails

I had a complaint on incorrect information given on black friday weekend.Team leader does not take your calls. She is always busy when you call and ignored 11 emails I sent not responding to any of them over a 2 week period.Team leader Ayanda Nzuza. Her manager Nathi said she will call me back with feedback but after 3 days still nothing.
