TD Tech 5G CPE Max 3 NOT WORKING

I bought the TD Tech 5G CPE Max 3 from Telkom in May 2023 & so far I haven't been able to get any value from it. Internet connectivity is bad, no 5G. I have raised this with Telkom but no resolution.

I'm left with no option but to go public with this complaint. As a remote working professional, its becoming an issue for me to continue with this service but unfortunately I was told I couldn't cancel it as I wanted to revert back to the old router that worked.
