TBIS charged on a home account

I recently upgraded my home ADSL line to include a 20G package in response to Telkom's recent special offer.
But for the second month in a row now Telkom has charged me an additional R221 for TBIS data usage which I see after looking on line refers to Telkom business services.
Why is Telkom charging this additional fee to a home user's account? This problem started when I decided to upgrade.
I complained last month and a Telkom staffer assured me that the initial R70 overcharge was because my data limit was not capped and that I had used more than the 20GB limit (I find this surprising as we hardly ever bust our previous 10GB limit). I asked the staffer to cap the account. And now, I get my latest bill and I'm whacked with R221 extra for TBIS. The consultant mentioned to me during my initial call to complain that others had also complained about it but she was not sure what it was. Now, thanks to My Broadband it seems it's some Business Service. How can this be linked to my account? Telkom, please rectify my account as I refuse to pay for something I did not ask for and do not require.
