Hi, I'm really upset I have PAID R799 using the telkom portal for my payments as my salary wasn't in on the 25th when they debited. You will see I logged onto the online portal and paid R799. Then you guys debited me again today which I have reversed. Please sort this out and send me an updated statement as I have never ever ever missed a debit order so it better show zero. I used your online portal and it still hasnt been updated when I paid on the 28th. *** my statement is attached and I deserve to know why.
