Tariff change

I mistakenly changed my tariff plan to the wrong one. Now that I want to change to the right one I am unable to. I cannot wait for 30 days as it was a mistake that I want to correct. I tried calling customer services but the wait was too long until I gave up because I cannot wait for an agent for more than 1 hour
