Talkom's embarrasing service

Guys this is such a joke honestly... It is absolutely impossible to just talk to someone and find out what is happening with my contract I've returned.. No call for almost a week...

I have called 16 Times, adding up to 1H47 Minutes of continuous waiting... Absolutely no answer or call back..

I am not even a customer yet and this is happening... Rather I stay at vodacom...
