Talkom Mobile - Arrogant staff that believe they are doing us a favor by opening their doors just to tell us to F#%$ OFF

I walked into an empty Telkom mobile store with my wife in Clearwater mall and was immediately told that only 1 of us was allowed to go into the store, as i wanted to take out a new contract with Telkom mobile...Silly me I should have know why this store was empty in the first place.... The lady at the door was so arrogant it felt like she was doing me favor by just opening her doors...Well i guess with her arrogance it was very clear why that store was empty...I understand with Covid-19 everyone wants to be careful however my wife and I came from the same house slept in the same bed, but you are now saying that we are both not allowed at the same time, I would have understood if there was some customers in store and they (Staff) needs to keep the number of people at minimum in store..BUT really the store was empty .... All I can say is Telkom mobile the market is very competitive and if this the route you guys want to go then i am afraid the like of MTN, Vodacom, Cell C...will always out do you guys ...its simple as train your staff that they get paid for a job and not doing the public any favors... I walked out immediately I can imagine how many other customers have felt this arrogance on this day... To think I was part of this network launch and where it is currently very sad... @ Telkom Mobile, i would suggest you invest in training your staff to be polite and professional if you want to keep your business up and running ...
