TALKOM INSURANCE THE MOST WORSED OF THEM ALL

This is the most ****iest insurance ever... What does a person pay for? We gave the phone to the insurance and that was in lockdown it's 9 months and still they refusing to fix the phone sending us from pillar to post and no one is willing to assit

I Would like to get all the money I paid for this stupid insurance from day one then I can fix my own phone without any hassles, to me one is just making people rich instead of getting assisted it's not like they paying we are the ones paying for the insurance so why should one suffer... Even if you claim you still need to pay a access fee but still this stupid people is not willing to assit this is ****ed up and I'm certain there is alot of other people complaining regarding Telkom and thy **** insurance

Do they think money grow on trees? We take out insurance to have our phones covered incase it gets ****** or broken not to make the insurance company rich
