Talk and no action

<p>And yet again another debit order (2nd one in a month) has gone through this morning after all the apologies and promises from Telkom! The sad part is; it's gradually affecting my credit record as today I didn't have enough funds (all thanks to Telkom as can't afford to live the little that I have in my account incase you decide to take it), and guess who is going to be penalised for that? You are forever sorry for inconvenience me, but you don't act on your words evidently! !</p>
