Talk about the worst service provider

<p>I have had a contract with telkom for over two years now. In store the service is quite good butit's just always full. Nevertheless two weeks back my cell number ********** 533 was just blocked by telkom. I have placed several calls and got a case number which they promised to resolve within 72 hours. It has now been two weeks and I am unreachable, I am told to wait for a call each time I call them. The last time I called I was told the case was closed, but how is that when my case is unresolved? Their services are ridiculous and I regret ever taking out a contract from them. Like I feel they should just take their phone back now. It is just too ridiculous.</p>
