Talk about no service delivery

<p>About 4 months ago we requested that a wifi booster be installed at our place and a technician came out to fit it. Because there was a light drizzle he said he cannot do it and will come back. I told him to drill from the inside of the house and still he refused. I then told him I hope that once he leaves he comes back during the week to which he said he will. Guess what, it's been 5 months and the guy still haven't come back even after contacting Telkom again. I'm so sick of the mediocre service that we receive yet we pay the highest in the world for data. Not to mention it's slow and buffers most of the time of I have to reboot my router 2-3 times a day in order to get a stable connection. Come on Telkom surely you guys can do better.</p>
