Taking payments when they are already paid in full

So we have been paying our telkom every month before the debit order goes off directly with our reference. Every month we get a message we are 2 months behind then when we phone to dispute they have no idea what we are talking about. We pay R849 for uncapped wifi and yet after receiving their payment again earlier than supposed to the deduct double that during covid when every cent counts in a household. Favourite part phone 3 times and everytime I get through the phone gets dropped in my ear. I dont want to be in credit as I pay early every month and need the extra money for my groceries.

Disgusting. Service horrible. Customer care never gets back. I hope I spare others from taking out wifi from telkom as thet ***** money.
