Taking my money without my consent

I'm so frustrated with telkom they open 2 additional contracts on my name without my knowledge and when I query that they ask me of I have spoken to their sales department. When I say no they told to send through some documents to open up a ***** case since then they' ve been investigating and no one is giving feedback or an update instead they send a statement that I will still be debited for thise contracts I don't know. I don't understand why it's so hard for them to get the recordings of the sales consultant who **********ly opened these contracts on my name. I cannot be payong fpr someone else's bills. I want my money I need to buy stationery for kids but I cant beacuse someone not doing their job properly.
