Taking my money.

I loaded R40 airtime to pay for my emergency top up. I owned R20. They sent me a mesaage saying my balance owing is R 0.00. Then the next morning there is a message saying that I own R24 and they took the R20 airtime plus R40 free airtime. And I did not take another emergency top up.
