Taking my dads money and locking my phone.

Telkom has taken money out of my fathers account twice this month. One was R527.94 on the 2nd of september and on the 27th of september they took R1055.88. Now they want more. Telkom has locked my fathers phone. He is a pensionar. Everytime I phone customer care they just keep me on hold. I had to put twice airtime on my phone to phone them and still couldnt not speak to anyone. My father leavea money in his account everymonth for them to take their money. My father lives far from me and with his phone that is blocked he cant get hold of us if their is any trouble. Please help. Eden. ********** James **********
