Taking more money than my contract amount

Worst company EVER! From the first month of being with them (cell phone contract) there have been problems with my account. They deduct more than what is owed an NO ONE is willing to help me when I call them. I have complained on Hello Peter about this before and they did not even respond. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
