Taking money that's not owed to you

<p>I received a message on the 13th that my debit order is cancelled. On the 24th i paid my account in full. Today you have deducted money off my account which i do not owe you. Contacted your billing side now i have take the time to go get a bank stamped statement (which you did not require when i app****) and a certified copy of my id (also didn't require when i app**** for my line) to get MY money back. You had no reason to debit my account. Why do you require that now when it wasn't required when i took my line? I want my money back ASAP. This is not my error, i shouldn not be the one running around to get my money which you took from me for NO REASON!</p>
