Taking money, but not providing the service

<p>We have very poor cell phone reception on our farm and we keep the Telkom line for safety reasons. This service is down regularly, and when reporting it takes days to repair. No cable theft involved.<br /><br />For the current issue, we have bee waiting since last week as the first report experienced an error in creating, and I had to recreate it on Tuesday. The Telkom line relates to safety as it is a farm, but it seems they just do not care.</p>
