Taking money after contract ended

<p>My Contract ended on 23rd April 2016 I have send thru the cancellation form the 3 March 2016 and again bigeinning of April to the email adress they provide on the cancellation form. My contract price was R99 a month end of march they deducted R222 so i thought that was the cancellation fees then end of april they try to deduct R249 and I called they said they never received my forms so I send it thru again the lady halep me and gave me a case Number ***4 then onf Friday 13 May they Deducted R592 from my account why to they take money after my contract legally expired</p>
