Taking legal action
<p>How is telkom's sale numbers still going up ? Signing up with telkom is worse then making a deal with the devil, endless suffering test your endurance to the full extent of your existence. Our last complaint as from 17 October has not been touched. Willing to create a petition, news article to show people what telkom does in their free time to ensure that their customers are as unsatisfied as hell. You get better quality of service at any government establishment then with any telkom store.</p> <p>There is no one to contact at telkom regarding any problems and telkom keeps sending me messages and mails to suspend my accounts but I ordered it to be cancelled. It wont be hard to find ALOT of people willing to stand up against this hell forsaken company to ensure they close down for a better South Africa.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have problems with all my accounts and doesnt matter how many times you phone telkom, you speak to unprofessional unintelectual employee's that doesnt know anything about how resolve an issue. Telkom has left my wife in tears more then once. </p> <p> </p> <p>Taking anything with Telkom has been THE worst mistake our family has ever done. Suing for harassment and reimbur*****t of all the time and effort spent with telkom trying to resolve our problems with them. I will do my best to fight them and after succeeding in court I will publish and open my information to everyone willing to get back at telkom for the hell they put them through.</p>
