Taking Legal action

As a business we have been struggling to get connected to Telkom Fibre. Eventually we got fibre installed and got cut of from internet for nearly 3 days resulting in Thousands of rands in losses to our business. Then we tried connecting our static ip as paid for. Only to find out it is virtual static, never once did Telkom inform us it is virtual static ip. Thus we tried cancelling the Fibre line and getting refunded as we are paying for a service we cannot use due to the misrepresentation from Telkom. But this is virtually impossible. Phone call after phone call and email after email has all been fruitless. Eventually a technician phoned and said the matter was escalated to the highest possible point and they are correcting it. That was a month ago. Somebody came to move our ADSL which we did not ask for so we showed them away. We are still paying for a service we cannot use. Our only next step is to take legal steps as we cannot keep paying for a service we are not receiving.
