Taking forever to get feedback

I logged a call two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for feedback<br> <br> Reference number is SM197166.<br> <br> Case number ***1...this is what i got from the call center early last week and also waiting for someone to call me<br> <br> This is by far the worst customer service i have ever experience....like i said i signed a two year contract with you and due to some **** up from someone working there...this contract is now three years...i am not going to let this go away.....even if it means resorting to the legal route<br> <br> All my other contracts are due for renewal late this year and judging by this experience there is no way in hell i will renew any of them<br>
