Taking advantage of people

Telkom has the worst service ever!! They suspended my service when I don’t owe them anything! Who is meant to pay for those reconnections fees? All morning I have been calling them and I get cut off, apparently they can’t even call you back because they are oh so special!! It’s really frustrating because I Have important meetings and things to do today, now what?????
