Taking advantage of old people

good day can you please help me Telkom. I am trying to keep very calm but when someone takes advantage of my parents I loose it. you guy delivered a new home phone to my parents about 2 weeks ago which is a cordless home phone. the phone has not been working ever since then and my dad fell sick this week and they couldn't call the ambulance or me. can you please fix the problem. my dad was adviced to go to the nearest Telkom store he was then told to go to another Telkom store. this unacceptable.
