Taking advantage of long term customers.

This is on behalf of my mother. This company has cut off our connection since Friday 2/2/24 with the excuse that no payment was received on their end for about 3 months. My mother pays her due amount on the 7th of each month and makes sure to keep the receipts. I contacted them on 3/2/24 and waited until Monday to get a response. This was not dealt with. I messaged on Monday again to followed up. No email was sent. I did the same until today on 8/2/24. Everytime we have called, they mention a different amount to us. 1) R1789 2) 1889 3) 3000 No one is helpful and I have not received any emails prior to them cutting off our connection if they have received no payment like a normal company. I would rate them a 0.
