Takes your money for services cancelled!!!

We have submitted cancellation for our Telkom business account for a closed branch on the 6th of August 2020 to the *** email address as per their website along with the required documentation and to this day we are still being billed. I want someone to phone me back ASAP and refund the money you have taken and cancel this service immediately!!!!!!!!! This is absolutely pathetic service and thievery!!!!!!
